　　我是陕西省爱国主义志愿者协会代表，倡导爱国不能损害他国利益。

　　今天参加这个人权机构和机制一般性辩论，主要是因为前两天观看了个别国家在联合国大会一般性辩论会上的发言。

　　令人感到可笑而担心的是：有一个国家70多年前，入侵过多个主权国家、并制造多起人间惨案至今不思悔改的国家，竟然恬不知耻的扬言要对包括安理会在内的联合国进行改革?还美其名曰是为了“在新时期促进基于人类安全理念的努力。”

　　难道是要让联合国安理会给他们一个席位吗?

　　对此，作为占世界1/5还多的中国人民绝不答应!曾经受到过其入侵屠杀的朝鲜、菲律宾、越南、老挝、柬埔寨、泰国、缅甸、马来西亚、新加坡、文莱、东帝汶、新几内亚、巴布亚新几内亚等20多个国家的人民会答应吗?

　　战败的日本，在《和平宪法》禁护下，社会经济很快得到了复苏。

　　“好了伤疤忘了痛”，特别是近十年来，日本右翼政客主政，否认大屠杀、否认慰安妇、篡改历史、参拜靖国神社、企图修改《和平宪法》的行为，不就是为日后的扩张再战做铺垫吗?

　　希望理事会，铭记日本二战期间给周边国家(包括美国在内)的全世界人民带来的灾难，警惕日本军国主义腐蚀联合国，渗透到安理会，给全世界人权带来的灾难。

　　I am the representative of Shaanxi Provincial Patriotic Volunteer Association. I advocate that loving one's own country cannot harm the interests of other countries.

　　Today's participation in this general debate of human rights bodies and mechanisms is mainly due to the fact that I watched the statements made by individualcountries in the general debate of the United Nations General Assembly two days ago.

　　What makes everyone laugh is that a country that invaded many sovereign countries more than 70 years ago and has not repented of many human tragedies has shamelessly stated that it wants to reform the United Nations, including the Security Council? He lied that he was "promoting efforts based on the concept of human security in the new era."

　　Is it to ask the UN Security Council to give them a seat?

　　The Chinese people, who account for more than one fifth of the world, will never agree to this! Will the people of more than 20 countries, such as North Korea, the Philippines, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Thailand, Myanmar, Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Timor Leste, New Guinea, Papua New Guinea and others, who have been invaded and killed by them, agree?

　　Japan, which was defeated in the war, quickly recovered its social economy under the protection of the Peace Constitution."Forget the pain after getting rid of the scar". Especially in the past decade, Japanese right-wing politicians have taken charge of politics, denied the Holocaust, denied comfort women, tampered with history, visited the Yasukuni Shrine, and attempted to amend the Peace Constitution. Isn't that what they have done to pave the way for future expansion?

　　It is hoped that the Council will bear in mind the disasters that Japan brought to the people of the world in neighboring countries (including the United States) during World War II, and be alert to the disasters that Japanese militarism brought to the human rights of the world by corrupting the United Nations and infiltrating into the Council.
